Concrete Pumping Pipeline Systems for India
Every job depends
on the pipe
Pipe, elbows, couplings, clamps and gaskets. One matched system made in India, specified to your mix, your height, your site.

Why Con Forms

Engineered for the jobsite, not just in a catalogue
Con Forms works directly with concrete pumping companies and contractors on demanding jobsites worldwide, helping them choose complete delivery systems built for the job. Manufactured near Chennai, with local technical support.

Where lines stop

Many things can
interrupt a pour
Here are some of the most common.

Riser pressure must be properly managed

As vertical height increases, the pump must overcome additional static head. Components at the base of the riser typically see the highest operating pressure, while properly designed anchors and supports carry pipeline weight and thrust loads.

Abrasive mixes wear pipe faster than expected

M-sand and other abrasive mixes wear pipeline from the inside. Wear rate depends on aggregate hardness and shape, mix design, velocity, flow direction and cumulative volume pumped. Wall thickness, steel grade and heat treatment affect service life and cost per cubic metre placed.

Unmarked pipe is hard to verify

Without traceable identification, the material grade, original wall thickness and pressure rating may be unknown. This makes the remaining wear allowance difficult to verify, even when the current wall thickness can be measur

Couplings and gaskets need regular inspection

Couplings and gaskets take wear with every pump stroke and every time the line is taken apart and reassembled. They are critical inspection and replacement points, and operators should check them on a regular schedule rather than waiting for a failure on site.

Field note

The real cost of
a stopped pour
When a pipeline fails, the pump, the placing system, the RMC trucks and the crew all stop. Concrete waiting in the trucks may be rejected or wasted, and the whole casting falls behind schedule.
Extra hands may get the line back together faster, but they cannot recover the lost production. The real cost is not the failed part, and it is not the labour to replace it. It is the cost of the entire stopped operation.

Choose your pipeline by the cubic metres it delivers reliably, not by the purchase price per metre.
