Con Forms India

Concrete pumping applications across Indian residential, commercial, and heavy civil work. Find your job and see the line it needs.

Five conditions decide what a line needs to be safe and reliable: Height, Non-stop, Tight site, Harsh mix, and Shifting. Filter by the ones on your job.

What makes it hard?

No job matches these conditions

When you combine many filters, the results narrow. Try one condition at a time. Or clear all filters and find your job by name.

আবাসিক

Towers, flats, villas. More concrete, higher stakes.

  • HeightNon-stopHarsh mix

Long riser to the deck. The heaviest load on the line sits here.

  • HeightShifting

Wings cast one after another. The line moves more than it wears.

  • Non-stopHarsh mix

Wall and slab in one pour, a floor a week. No slack.

  • HeightTight site

Core rises ahead of the floors. Short run, dense steel throughout.

  • Non-stopHarsh mix

Biggest pour on site. Hundreds of cubic metres, usually overnight.

  • Non-stopTight site

Deep slab, congested steel. The deck carries the tower above.

  • HeightTight siteShifting

Mumbai, Thane, Pune. One gate, neighbours on three sides.

  • Non-stopShifting

Identical blocks, fixed-price contract. Cost per cubic metre is watched.

  • Shifting

A properly planned pipeline can support years of phased construction.

  • Shifting

Short runs, static or trailer pumps. Often the contractor’s own pipe.

  • Tight site

    Water-retaining concrete. Deep, tight, congested.

Commercial & institutional

Offices, malls, hospitals, schools, warehouses, factories. Same load, different geometry.

  • HeightNon-stop

Tower work on a tighter programme. The core runs ahead of the floors.

  • Non-stopTight site

Long spans with few columns below. One pour covers a large bay.

  • HeightShifting

The same floor plate many times over, plus podium, banqueting and pool slabs.

  • Tight siteNon-stop

Phased work beside a live hospital. Casting only allowed inside fixed access periods.

  • Shifting

Several blocks inside one vacation window. Tendered to a fixed spec.

  • Harsh mixShifting

Very large floor slabs and long ground lines. Wear tracks mix and volume pumped, not distance alone.

  • Non-stopHarsh mix

Thick equipment slabs, deep footings, the tightest programme going.

  • HeightTight site

Decks going up or a box going down. Clamped every level.

  • Non-stopHarsh mix

Machine foundations and equipment rafts inside a half-built envelope.

ভারী বেসামরিক

Metro boxes, bridges, retaining walls, treatment tanks. Deep, confined, water-critical work.

  • Tight siteNon-stop

Deep box under a traffic deck. Confined, phased city work.

  • HeightTight siteShifting

Piers over water or a live road. The setup moves every few weeks.

  • Non-stopHarsh mix

Below-ground volume. Large continuous pours to close tolerance.

  • Tight site

Walls and floors that hold water. An unplanned cold joint can leak.

  • Shifting

Small, repetitive, scattered along a corridor. Constantly relaid.

  • Harsh mixNon-stop

A fixed line to the bed, running daily for years.

Five things that decide the line

ConditionWhy it matters
HeightConcrete has to climb, and pressure builds with every floor. The riser is typically specified with heavier-wall pipe for its pressure and service conditions, and the couplings and elbows at its foot carry the highest load and should be inspected accordingly.
Non-stopA Mivan cycle or an overnight raft leaves no window to change a length. Spare pipe and fittings on site stop being a stores question. They belong in the specification.
Tight siteThe line routes through the building, not around it. Shorter sections, more couplings, and every joint carried up a stairwell by hand.
Harsh mixM-sand and high grades cut pipe from the inside, and the rate depends on mix abrasiveness, velocity, pressure and volume pumped, not the grade alone. Wall thickness and the steel decide your cost per cubic metre placed. Purchase price per metre does not determine total operating cost.
ShiftingThe line comes apart and goes back together, block after block. Couplings and gaskets absorb that handling and are critical inspection and replacement points.
